Usage Instructions

1. Preparation

Check if the voltage of the power supply matches the product's voltage requirement (220-240 V or 110-120 V) to avoid electrical faults.

Ensure the power cord (3.0 M expose) is in good condition without any damage.

Open the water tank cover and fill the clean water tank (capacity 1.30 L) with clean tap water or distilled water, do not overfill. Then close the water tank cover tightly.

Make sure the sewage tank (capacity 1.0 L) is properly installed and empty before use.

 

2. Power On and Mode Selection

Plug the power cord into a properly grounded power outlet.

Turn on the main power switch. The touch control panel will light up.

Select the appropriate cleaning mode using the touch control or remote control handle:

Low temperature cleaning: Suitable for general daily cleaning of delicate surfaces.

High temperature cleaning: Ideal for removing stubborn dirt on relatively durable surfaces.

Steam cleaning: Perfect for deep cleaning and disinfection, as the steam temperature reaches 95-105℃.

 

3. Cleaning Operation

Hold the U-shaped handle and move the cleaner using the base roller (with 2 unidirectional wheels and 2 universal wheels) to the area to be cleaned.

Once the selected cleaning mode is activated and the steam is generated (wait for a short preheating time if needed), start cleaning by pushing the cleaner forward or pulling it backward.

The 16 KPa suction will automatically collect the 污水 and impurities into the sewage tank during cleaning.

 

4. After Cleaning

Turn off the main power switch and unplug the power cord from the outlet.

Wait for the cleaner to cool down completely.

Remove the sewage tank, pour out the 污水,and clean the tank thoroughly with clean water. Then dry it and reinstall it.

Empty any remaining water from the clean water tank if not in use for a long time.

Precautions

1. Safety Precautions

Do not use the cleaner with a damaged power cord or plug. If damaged, contact a professional for repair.

Keep the cleaner away from water sources when plugging or unplugging the power cord to prevent electric shock.

Do not touch the steam outlet or hot surfaces during use, as the steam temperature is 95-105℃, which may cause burns.

Keep children and pets at a safe distance during operation to avoid accidents.

Do not use the cleaner on live electrical equipment or wet electrical components.

 

2. Operation Precautions

Do not use any cleaning agents, chemicals, or essential oils in the water tank, as they may damage the machine (the materials are PP, PA, ABS, PC, PPS).

Do not operate the cleaner without water in the clean water tank to prevent damage to the heating element.

Regularly check and empty the sewage tank to avoid overflow, which may affect the cleaning performance and cause damage to the machine.

When moving the cleaner, use the U-shaped handle and rely on the base roller; do not drag it by the power cord.

 

3. Maintenance Precautions

Clean the water tanks regularly to prevent the buildup of dirt and bacteria.

After long-term use, descale the machine according to the manufacturer's recommendations if necessary, especially in areas with hard water.

Store the cleaner in a dry and well-ventilated place when not in use, away from direct sunlight and high temperatures.

Do not disassemble the machine by yourself; if there is a malfunction, contact the after-sales service.

 

4. Transportation and Storage Precautions

When transporting the cleaner, ensure it is properly packed in its original color box (size L438W307H425 MM) or a suitable protective package to avoid damage to the bottom roller and other components.

For large - scale storage and transportation, refer to the outer box size (L450W317H440 MM /1 PCS) and container capacity specifications (20GP: 434 PCS; 40GP: 940 PCS; 40HQ: 1120 PCS) to ensure proper handling.
